Torts; immunity; governmental agencies and officers, employees, and volunteers of governmental agencies; provide complete immunity for all other persons under certain circumstances and limit liability when an emergency vehicle is involved in a traffic accident and the emergency vehicle was operated in accordance with an emergency vehicle operation policy. Amends sec. 6304 of Act 236 of 1961 (MCL 600.6304) & adds sec. 1484. TIE BAR WITH: R03211'95 SB 0066'95
