Health facilities; nursing homes; temporary administrative advisor, temporary clinical advisor, and temporary manager; allow department of consumer and industry services to appoint for nursing home or other health facility under certain circumstances and provide for revisions concerning hospital-type beds. Amends sec. 21799b of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.21799b) & adds secs. 21325, 21332, 21716 & 21734.
