Bush and the Congress of the United States to end military training on the Puerto Rican island of Vieques immediately, and to release from jail Reverend Al Sharpton and the three other Vieques protestors-New York Councilman Adolfo Carrion, New York State Legislator Jose Rivera, and Bronx County Democratic Party Chairman Roberto Ramirez.
