Environmental protection; landfills; prohibition on disposal of certain items in landfills and municipal solid waste incinerators; clarify and expand and require notice to public. Amends secs. 11502 & 11514 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11502 & 324.11514); adds sec. 11527a & repeals sec. 11521 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.11521).
