Amends secs. 1910, 3171, 3172, 3173a, 3174, 3175, 3320 & 3330 of 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.1910 et seq.); adds secs. 3101d & 3178 & repeals sec. 531 of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.531).
