Fireworks; use; ignition, discharge, and use of fireworks; modify days allowed, and allow certain local units of government to enact ordinance governing sale of consumer fireworks from tents. Amends secs. 2 & 7 of 2011 PA 256 (MCL 28.452 & 28.457).
