MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENTS (EXCERPT)
Act 327 of 1965

123.832 Time within which standards must be met.

Sec. 2.

These minimum standards shall be met within 1 year from the effective date of this act or within 1 year from the date the municipality attains a population of 70,000 or more.
