141.479 Conditional effective date.
Sec. 9.
This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 84th Legislature are enacted into law:
(a) Senate Bill No. 624.
(b) Senate Bill No. 625.
(c) Senate Bill No. 571.
(d) House Bill No. 4452.
