168.975a Applicability of MCL168.975c to 168.975g; special recall election for office of governor.

Sec. 975a.

Sections 975c to 975g apply to the special recall election for the office of the governor.

The legislature recognizes the importance of the electoral process, and it is the intent of the legislature that this amendatory act uphold each of the following: (a) Section 4 of article II of the state constitution of 1963. (b) Section 8 of article II of the state constitution of 1963. (c) Section 26 of article V of the state constitution of 1963."
