Act 175 of 1927 TITLE AND CONSTRUCTION

760.1 Code of criminal procedure; short title.

Sec. 1.

This act shall be known and may be cited as "The Code of Criminal Procedure".

760.2 Construction of act.

Sec. 2.

This act is hereby declared to be remedial in character and as such shall be liberally construed to effectuate the intents and purposes thereof.
