GIRL SCOUTS OF MICHIGAN FUND ACT (EXCERPT)

206.922 Definitions.

Sec. 2.

As used in this act:

(a) "Department" means the department of treasury.

(b) "Fund" means the girl scouts of Michigan fund created in section 3.
