STATE TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (EXCERPT)

247.801 Definitions.

Sec. 1.

As used in this act:

(1) "Commission" means the state transportation commission.

(2) "Director" means the director of transportation.

(3) "Department" means the department of transportation.
