Act 300 of 1949

257.645 Driving onto or from limited access roadway; violation as civil infraction.

Sec. 645.

(1) A person shall not drive a vehicle onto or from a limited access roadway except at entrances and exits established by public authority.

(2) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
