TURTLES (EXCERPT)
Act 424 of 1988

287.311 “Turtle” defined.

Sec. 1.

As used in this act, "turtle" includes all animals commonly known as turtles, tortoises, terrapins, and all other animals of the order testudinata, class reptilia.
