DRIVER'S LICENSE COMPACT (EXCERPT)
Act 621 of 2018

3.1071 Compact.

Sec. 1.

The governor of this state may enter into a compact as described in this act on behalf of the state of Michigan with any of the states of the United States who legally join in that compact.
