AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE LANDS (EXCERPT)
Act 140 of 1863

322.174 College lands; proceeds of sale, disposition.

Sec. 4.

The proceeds of the sale of said land shall be applied and used according to the conditions of the act of congress granting the same to the state.
