Act 527 of 2008

333.26535 Fund; use as matching funds for federal grant.

Sec. 5.

Money from the fund may be used as matching funds for a federal grant if those funds are to be used for the purposes described under section 3 only if the federal grant will benefit the county from which the matching funds were received.
