ASBESTOS WORKERS ACCREDITATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 440 of 1988
338.3417 Violation; civil penalties.Sec. 17.
A person who violates this act shall be subject to civil penalties for each violation or each day that a violation continues in accordance with the following schedule:

For a first violation |

For a third or subsequent violation |
