BILLING FOR CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICES (EXCERPT)
Act 358 of 1972

445.163 Violation; penalty.

Sec. 3.

A person who is in violation of section 1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $500.00 or both.
