Act 218 of 1956

500.1333 Registration statement; failure to file.

Sec. 1333.

The failure to file a registration statement, an amendment to or summary of the registration statement, or an enterprise risk report required by sections 1324 to 1332 within the time specified for the filing is a violation of this chapter.
