500.2474 Prohibited acts; violation; penalties.
Sec. 2474.
A person or organization shall not wilfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the commissioner, any statistical agency designated by the commissioner, any rating organization, any data collection agency, or any insurer, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter. A violation of this section shall subject the person or organization guilty of the violation to the penalties provided in section 2478.
