Act 218 of 1956

500.4010 Premiums; payment; provision required.

Sec. 4010.

There shall be a provision that all premiums shall be payable in advance, either at the home office of the company or to an agent of the company, upon delivery of a receipt signed by 1 or more of the officers who shall be named in the policy.
