600.910 Admission to bar; discipline; venue.

Sec. 910.

    The supreme court and each circuit court has jurisdiction to admit individuals who possess the required qualifications to the bar of this state, to disbar or suspend members of the bar for misconduct, and to reinstate licenses to practice law. Each court of appeals judicial district has jurisdiction to admit individuals who possess the required qualifications to the bar of this state. All of the matters and proceedings described in this section are civil in nature, and the venue of the matters and proceedings is subject to regulation by the supreme court.
