UNIFORM COLLABORATIVE LAW ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 159 of 2014

691.1333 Applicability of act.

Sec. 3.

This act applies to a collaborative law participation agreement that meets the requirements of section 4 signed on or after the effective date of this act.
