773.16 Inquest by justice of the peace; body once buried; reinterment.

Sec. 16.

     As soon as the inquest shall have been completed, as provided for in the preceding section, the sheriff shall at once cause the body of the deceased person to be reinterred in the same place from whence he removed the same.
