EMPLOYMENT OF CONVICTS FOR PUBLIC PROJECTS (EXCERPT)
Act 181 of 1911

800.102 Convicts; class of labor prohibited.

Sec. 2.

Said convicts when employed under the provisions of section 1 of this act shall not be used for the purpose of building any bridge or structure of like character which requires the employment of skilled labor.
