Chapter 148. General provisions relating to jails, and the confinement of prisoners therein.
801.106 Continuation of jails in use.
Sec. 6.
The buildings now used as jails and prisons in the respective counties, of this state, shall be and continue the jails of the said counties respectively, until other buildings shall be designated or erected for that purpose; according to law.
