Chapter 148. General provisions relating to jails, and the confinement of prisoners therein.
801.120 Conveyance of prisoners through other counties; prisoner not deemed escaped; civil arrest.
Sec. 20.
Such conveyance shall not be deemed an escape; nor shall the prisoner so conveyed, or the officers having them in their custody, be liable to arrest on any civil process, while passing through such other county or counties.
