Act 215 of 1895

83.4 New wards; aldermen, terms.

Sec. 4.

When by the creation of a new ward 2 aldermen are to be elected therein at the same time, 1 of them shall be elected for 1 year, and 1 for 2 years, and the term of each shall be designated on the ballot.
