AN ACT authorizing members of the state legislature to administer oaths, take depositions and acknowledgments.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

4.121 Oaths, depositions, acknowledgments; powers of legislators.

Sec. 1.

During his term of office, every senator and representative in the state legislature is hereby authorized, by virtue of his office to administer oaths, take depositions and acknowledgments.
