AN ACT for the establishment of a homeopathic medical department of the university of Michigan.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:


390.41 Homeopathic medical department; establishment, authority of board of regents.

Sec. 1.

     The board of regents of the university of Michigan are hereby authorized to establish a homeopathic medical college as a branch or department of said university, which shall be located at the city of Ann Arbor.

Compiler's Notes: The 1895 amendment to this section, providing for the removal of the department to Detroit, was declared unconstitutional in Sterling v. Regents, 110 Mich. 369, 68 N.W. 253. Hence, this section is set out above as it appeared prior to the 1895 amendment.
