FRUIT STANDARDS
Act 17 of 1929
AN ACT to define and fix standards for fruits in this state where other standards are not specifically prescribed by law.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

290.21 Legal fruit standards.

Sec. 1.

That standards established by the United States secretary of agriculture for fruits shall be accepted as the legal standards, except in cases where other standards are specifically prescribed.
