MUNICIPAL RENTAL FACILITIES
Act 179 of 1962
AN ACT to authorize the erection of municipal buildings which contain facilities for rental.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

124.51 Municipal buildings; rental of facilities to other governmental entities.

Sec. 1.

When any municipality erects any building, whether financed by a sinking fund or by issuance of bonds, it may include in the building facilities for rental to any other governmental entity.
