AN ACT prescribing the age at which persons may donate their blood.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:


722.41 Repealed. 2010, Act 382, Imd. Eff. Dec. 22, 2010.


Compiler's Notes: The repealed section pertained to donation of blood by person 17 years of age or older without parental or guardian's permission or authorization.
