FEMALE BOX ELDER TREES

AN ACT to authorize townships, villages and cities to adopt ordinances providing for the destruction of female box elder trees.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
124.151 Female box elder trees; destruction as nuisance.
Sec. 1.
Female box elder trees are hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the legislative body of any township, village or city may adopt an ordinance providing for the ordering by a designated authority of the destruction of female box elder trees.
