STATE SYMBOL FOR CLEAN WATER

AN ACT to designate an official state symbol for clean water in this state.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

2.18 State symbol for clean water.

Sec. 1.

The American lotus blossom (Nelumbo lutea) is designated as the official state symbol for clean water in this state.
