Act 440 of 1988
338.3417 Violation; civil penalties.
Sec. 17.
A person who violates this act shall be subject to civil penalties for each violation or each day that a violation continues in accordance with the following schedule:
| (a) For a first violation | $ | 2,000.00 |
| (b) For second violation | $ | 5,000.00 |
| (c) For a third or subsequent violation | $ | 10,000.00 |
