Sec. 236f.
For fiscal year 2023-2024 only, for purposes of the appropriation to the Michigan geological survey described in section 236(11) as amended by 2023 PA 103 and 2023 PA 320, costs related to the development, construction, and equipment purchases for a new facility include costs related to the development, construction, renovation, and equipment purchases for a new or existing facility.
