SUMMARY OF SENATE BILL 387 as introduced 3-14-95:

 

The bill would amend the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to specify that corrective action measures conducted pursuant to Part 213 of the Act, which deals with leaking underground storage tanks, would satisfy remedial obligations under Part 31 of the Act, which deals with water resources protection.
