CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the Family Support Act to change references to “visitation” to “parenting time”. The bill also would change references to “health care organization” to “nonprofit health care corporation”.

 

The bill is tiebarred to Senate Bill 624 which would amend the Support and Visitation Enforcement Act to change references to “visitation” to “parenting time” and the change the title of the Act to the “Support and Parenting Time Enforcement Act”.
