CONTENT

The bill would amend the juvenile code to require the parent or guardian of a child who was within the juvenile court’s jurisdiction for the violation of any municipal ordinance or State or Federal law to attend each hearing held under the juvenile code, unless the court excused the parent or guardian from attendance for good cause.
