CONTENT


The bill would amend Public Act 69 of 1993, which provides for the designation of highways as Michigan heritage routes, to delete the provision that criteria and procedures for the designation of heritage routes may not include requirements pertaining to private or commercial signs. The bill also would delete the provision that requirements for private or commercial signs must be as otherwise provided by law.
