CONTENT

The bill would amend the Management and Budget Act to prohibit the Department of Management and Budget from requiring a person who bid on or was awarded a State contract to have an affirmative action plan in place, or considering the fact that an affirmative action plan existed or did not exist as a factor in awarding a State contract.
