CONTENT
The bill would amend the State Housing Development Authority Act to empower the Authority to operate homesteading programs, make loans to certain qualified buyers and resident organizations, and make grants to resident organizations as provided in the following:
-- The Urban Homestead Act (proposed by Senate Bill 1331).
-- The Urban Homesteading on Vacant Land Act.
-- The Urban Homesteading in Single-Family Public Housing Act (proposed by Senate Bill 1324).
-- The Urban Homesteading in Multifamily Public Housing Act (proposed by Senate Bill 1326).
