CONTENT

The bill would amend Article 20 of the Occupational Code (which governs architects, professional engineers, and land surveyors) to include a manager of a limited liability company in the definition of "principal".

Under the Code, "principal" means a sole proprietor, partner, the president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, or director of a corporation, or a member of a limited liability company.
