   "The general property tax act,"

   (MCL 211.1 to 211.157) by adding section 9f.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         SEC. 9F.  PERSONAL PROPERTY WITH A TAXABLE VALUE OF LESS

 2    THAN $10,000.00 IS EXEMPT FROM THE COLLECTION OF TAXES UNDER THIS

 3    ACT.
