        A bill to amend 1943 PA 240, entitled

   "State employees' retirement act,"

   (MCL 38.1 to 38.69) by adding section 19g.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         SEC. 19G.  THIS RETIREMENT SYSTEM IS SUBJECT TO THE REGULA-

 2    TION OF EARLY RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT.

 3         Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act does not take

 4    effect unless Senate Bill No. 38

 5                                  of the 89th Legislature is

 6    enacted into law.
