        A bill to repeal part 148 of 1994 PA 451, entitled

   "Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

   (MCL 324.14801 to 324.14810).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Part 148 (environmental audit privilege

 2    and immunity) of the natural resources and environmental protec-

 3    tion act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.14801 to 324.14810, is repealed.
