        A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled

   "Revised judicature act of 1961,"

   by amending section 807 (MCL 600.807).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec.  807.  A probate court district is created in each of

 2    the following described districts when a majority of the electors

 3    voting on the question in each affected county  approves  APPROVE

 4    the same.  The districts shall consist as follows:

 5         (a) The first district consists of the counties of Houghton,

 6     and  Keweenaw, AND BARAGA.

 7         (b) The second district consists of the counties of

 8    Ontonagon and Gogebic.

 9          (c) The third district consists of the counties of Iron and

10     Baraga.

 1         (C)  (d)  The fourth district consists of the counties of

 2    IRON, Menominee, and Dickinson.

 3         (D)  (e)  The fifth district consists of the counties of

 4    Schoolcraft and Alger.

 5         (E)  (f)  The sixth district consists of the counties of

 6    Mackinac and Luce.

 7         (F)  (g)  The seventh district consists of THE COUNTIES OF

 8    Emmet and Charlevoix.

 9         (G)  (h)  The eighth district consists of the counties of

10     Cheboygan  CRAWFORD, KALKASKA, and Otsego.

11         (H)  (i)  The ninth district consists of the counties of

12    ALCONA, Presque Isle, and Montmorency.

13          (j) The tenth district consists of the counties of Kalkaska

14     and Antrim. 

15         (I)  (k)  The eleventh district consists of the counties of

16    ANTRIM, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau.

17         (J)  (l)  The twelfth district consists of the counties of

18    Manistee and Benzie.

19         (K)  (m)  The thirteenth district consists of the counties

20    of Wexford and Missaukee.

21         (l)  (n)  The fourteenth district consists of the counties

22    of Roscommon, OGEMAW, and  Crawford  ARENAC.

23         (M)  (o)  The fifteenth district consists of the counties of

24     Alcona,  Oscoda  ,  and  Ogemaw  IOSCO.

25          (p) The sixteenth district consists of the counties of

26     Iosco and Arenac.

 2    of Clare and Gladwin.

 3         (O)  (r)  The eighteenth district consists of the counties

 4    of Mecosta and Osceola.

 7         (Q)  (t)  The twentieth district consists of the counties of
