        A bill to amend 1975 PA 228, entitled

   "Single business tax act,"

   by repealing section 23 (MCL 208.23).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 23 of the single business tax

 2    act, 1975 PA 228, MCL 208.23, is repealed.
